All orders are packed for delivery by the next business day once payment is received successfully and will be shipped at 48 hours after payment confirmed (public holidays, saturdays and sundays not counted). Airway bills number will be given by the next business day after the package has been shipped. 

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer. 

Packages shipped via JNE or Tim Express will include a Certificate of Posting for proof of delivery, but does not provide any form of tracking service. TLC will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by JNE / Tim Express or insufficient/incorrect address provided by customers.



TLC’s return and exchange policy only applies to sales made within All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.

For sale items strictly no return or exchange at any conditions 

In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt to including snapshots of the defect if applicable. Our management will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within TLC.

TLC will exchange the defect item for the same item if in stock or a full refund will be made if the same design is sold. Exchanges for another item or credit refund is not allowed if the exchange item is still in stock. Customer can only change to another item or request credit refund only if the exchange item not in stock.

Returns must be sent back to us within 3 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back. Postage fees for returning item will not be reimbursed at any conditions, exchange will be sent once the wrong / defect item recieved. We will send back the package to the original addresss.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unworned and unwashed with tag still attached. TLC will not be held respobsibility on how garment react after washed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process. We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing and or color or fabric  issues.

Refund proccess will take up to 3-7 business days, TLC will only refund the credit to BCA / MANDIRI account.

 TLC will not accept return or exchange for all international orders under any circumstances.
